Integrating People Management into Business Strategy

A Digital Marketing Agency approached Pennine HR following a period of rapid growth. They had succeeded in winning business from a number of national companies and, as a result, had significantly increased the size of the team.


Root and Branch Review of In-House HR Function

While most of our clients do not have an in-house HR department, Pennine HR also undertake project work for larger organisations whose HR team need extra support. A good example is the work we did for a regional branch of a national charity to help them improve the way they deliver HR within the organisation.
